What fees should I expect when applying to live at Kinstone River?
Applicants 18 and older pay a $75 application fee. There is a $100 administrative fee, which can be waived for those in our Preferred Employer Program or for those who submit an application within 24 hours of touring our community. Security deposits start at $500 but are subject to increase based on a background check.. Pet owners can expect a $400 pet fee plus a $200 deposit for their first pet and an additional $200 pet fee for a second pet plus $20 monthly pet rent.
