  • Do you have any current specials?

    While we don’t offer move-in specials at this time, we do have a Preferred Employer Program. Be sure to check our list to see if your employer qualifies.

  • What lease terms do you offer?

    We offer flexible lease options ranging from 3 to 12 months.
  • Do you allow pets?

    Yes! We’re a pet-friendly community and welcome both dogs and cats - up to two per home. There’s a $600 Pet Fee for one pet and $800 pet fee for two pets ($200 refundable pending move-out inspection), and a $20 monthly pet rent per pet.
  • What is your application process?

    Our application fee is $75 per applicant, and all household members 18 or older must apply. Once submitted, our team will review your application and follow up with next steps.
  • What are your security deposits?

    Security deposits start at $500 and may go up to a full month’s rent, depending on your screening results.
  • Is renters' insurance required?

    Yes, all residents are required to carry renters' insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage. This helps protect both you and the community.
  • Can I switch apartments after applying?

    Usually, yes - if your preferred apartment becomes available and your application still qualifies. Just let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to make it work.
  • What is included in the rent?

    Your rent includes access to our community amenities like the pool, fitness center, and weekly pest control. Utilities such as water, sewer, and valet trash are billed through your resident account. You’ll pay electricity separately to Georgia Power.
  • What school district are you in?

    We’re proud to be located in the Brumby Elementary, East Cobb Middle, and Wheeler High School Districts.
  • Are you close to the river?

    Yes! We’re minutes from the Chattahoochee River and Rottenwood Creek, with private access to Palisades Park and Bob Callan Trail System.
  • Are washer and dryer hookups included?

    Yes, all of our two- and three-bedroom apartments include washer and dryer hookups. If you need to rent appliances, we’re happy to connect you with a trusted vendor. Our one-bedrooms will not have washer and dryer hookups, but we conveniently offer four on-site laundry facilities.
  • Do you charge for parking or amenities?

    General parking and access to amenities like the pool and gym are free.
  • Can I rent a storage unit?

    We do not currently offer rentable storage units on the property, but we have numerous options close by that will!
  • Do school buses come on the property?

    Yes, school buses pick up and drop off inside the community at the front office.
  • What are the gym hours?

    Our fitness center is open 24 hours.
  • Do you offer valet trash?

    We do! Valet trash service runs Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 6 PM. It’s a required service for all residents and billed at $20/month.
  • Can I rent the community room?

    Yes! Residents can rent the community room for private events. Rates are $75 for weekday use (9 AM–5 PM) and $40 for Saturday mornings (9 AM–1 PM).
  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    You’ll have access to your resident portal, where you can easily submit maintenance requests anytime.
  • Do you offer resident programs?

    We do! From monthly community events to support initiatives like Here for Atlanta (ticket reimbursements to local attractions) and Here for Support (access to counseling resources), we’re committed to helping you feel connected and supported.
  • Does your community have 24/7 maintenance?

    Yes. Our maintenance team is available for standard requests during business hours (9–5), and we have an on-call tech available for emergency needs after hours.
  • Does a courtesy officer live on-site?

    Yes, we have a wonderful courtesy officer available after hours through our on-call line for assistance with any safety-related concerns.
  • Are you close to The Battery and Truist Park?

    Yes! We are a short walk to all of the entertainment The Battery has to offer. Braves Games, shopping, or just a night out is only right down the street!
